At this time, we offer exchanges/returns for store credit within 14 days. To be eligible for a return/exchange item/s must be unused, unworn and in original condition/packaging. Clothing that is returned and has makeup stains, smells of perfume and/or body odor, or animal hair will be deemed ineligible for a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for lost, stolen or abandoned parcels. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by filling out the "contact" form on our website. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue store credit once we receive and process your return. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Due to the small-batch nature of our production process, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for the returned items, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
